Board Member
Brian has over 15 years of experience working with non-profits in fundraising and development. He has been a Marions House Board member since 2017. He brings to the Board insight, knowledge, and a passion for Nonprofit success.
Board Member
Montrece has 7 years of experience working with youth throughout the community. It gives Montrece pleasure to always give back and participate in the communities from which she has been molded. Montrece has always been in the place to take on responsibilities and set a great example of “Being the change you wish to see in the world”, Mahatma Gandhi. She brings a passion and safe haven to everyone that encounters her. Her Nonprofit Pure Girls INC positively unites, empowers, and encourages young girls, to build on character, social and life skills .
Yolanda Green Hanton
Board Member
Yolanda has been working in community outreach formally for over 8 years throughout the state of South Carolina. Yolanda bring to the board many skills as a motivational speaker, mentor, domestic violence advocate and educator, Mental health counselor, community activist and entrepreneur. She is presently the owner of CAM Insurance Company, LLC and Founder and CEO of “C. A. M. (Caring Always Matter) Awareness a non-profit for Domestic Violence education and awareness.
Dawn Simmons
Treasurer
Sandra, a founding Board member, has been been affiliated with Marion's House, since its inception 8 years ago. As the owner of Cora's Healing Rose Products, she brings a wealth of business and financial knowledge to the Treasurer role, Sandra Handles our money with high standards and sets a tone of integrity. Also, she Identifies and manage risk, Prepare timely financial reports, Plans and evaluates our budget.

Dawn " Ms. Day Break" is a Radio personality, Comedic Motivator, Host and Financial/Spiritual Empowerment Coach. With a degree in Media Broadcasting, She pursued her love for Radio and started a podcast & YouTube channel called "Break of Dawn with Ms. Daybreak" on the CCG Radio network, along with candid Podcast "Black Coffee, No Sugar, No Cream, where we discuss the Harder topics involving current events. Offering a platform for others. she bring a passion for Non profits to the table.
Her Future endeavors include a non-profit to assist with Financial Literacy for Youth and support for Broken Women.

Joseph Brown Jr.
Board Member
Joseph Brown Jr. is an experienced School Administrator and Guidance Counselor with a history of working in the education management. He brings a wealth of knowledge Marion's House. He is highly skilled in curriculum development, public speaking, training, program development, and event planning.
Joseph holds firmly to the philosophy that one must maintain a consistent pace and never forget to take a breath.
He applies this philosophy to every aspect of his life. Whether he is seeking to create a culture of community among the School, volunteering, at home with his wife and family, or running in a 5K race.
